Return Policy

 

You need to return an item? No problem!

At Fionity, we check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before sending them to you.

 

You can return any full priced items purchased within 14-days. This period starts on the day you recevied your order. Only non-discounted items may be returned for money back. 

​

There is no return or refund on sale items.

Please choose carefully!

We cannot guarantee that the particular stock or size you require will be available when the unwanted item is returned.

If not, we will notify you through an e-mail.

 

After the item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the attached Fionity tag.

If you are returning an item, the returned goods must be:

- In their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returned within 14 days of date of purchase receipt (14 days for International orders).
- Items must not have been worn, damaged or washed (including marked/dirty)
- Items must not have make-up on them
- Items must not have fragrance or any kind of scent

 

If the item has been worn, is damaged (including marked/dirty), washed or altered, or has make-up on it, we have the right to send the item back to you without refund. 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for Intimate items, bodysuits and accessories due to hygienic reasons.

 

What does return cost?

​You must cover the costs of returning an item yourself if you return it because you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or change, even if the first delivery was free.

Please note that shipping costs will not be returned

 

Faulty Items

​We always check all items before they are sent but in the rare case that items are damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at immediately within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt.

 

If an item has a defect that gives you the reason to complain, you do not have to cover the shipping costs for the return yourself. Please contact us for more information. 

 

Refund

The money from your order will be refunded within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we return the amount minus shipping costs. We are obliged, in any case within 14 days from the moment of receiving your return, to refund the return amount.

Return process:

Step 1:   Fill in the return form that you received with your package.  If this form is not filled in completely, we cannot process  

              the return request

              If you want to change an item for another color or size, you can fill that on the form.

              It’s not possible to change an item for another item.  

              There is no return or refund on sale items.

Step 2: Put the items you want to return together with the return form and the packing slip back in the box.

             Make sure that the Fionity tags on the items have not been removed.

Step 3: Write down the return address below on your box and bring it to the post office.

Step 4: Hand in the box at a Post office location near you.

             Keep the track and trace code that you get at the checkout when you hand over the package.

 

Don’t forget that you need to pay for the shipping cost.
